Rev. Mike Carey is the founder and president of this organization since 1972.  He is currently a missionary with Foursquare Missions and is the director of Missions for Mexico Fourquare.  Rev. Carey has spearheaded the vision the Lord has given him to work with a team of missionaries to reach the people of Mexico!
